Drawing on practices from a wide range of industries, he will make the case of how teams can collaborate and communicate better by creating simple visual representations of their business challenges.
Tom will demonstrate how to collaboratively create simple, but power systems models of important business challenges. He'll show approaches to ask better, more timely questions; think through problems visually, identifying the important parts of a situation and how to connect them together meaningfully; and facilitate a real shift, helping people arrive an insight, decision and action that addresses the challenge.
