He considers his greatest strength to be the ability to take complex topics and make them understandable to technical and business professionals. He has trained more than 1,000 people on various types of CAD software and written several educational whitepapers.
Caleb's presentation and customer-relationship skills are top-notch. He has traveled across more than 35 states delivering tailored presentations and customized technology refreshes to diverse audiences. He has created numerous training manuals for a range of clients, successfully moved many companies from 2D CAD to 3D CAD and has trained people in a wide range of disciplines. Recently, he has managed a customer’s team of engineers and improved their utilization from 40% to 55%.
Carl Smith
Senior Application Engineer
Carl's analytical abilities and problem-solving expertise have made him a key member of many successful teams, particularly in the manufacturing and electro-mechanical engineering industries. Working as lead consultant, project manager and head trainer, Carl has in-depth knowledge of Autodesk products and their application in manufacturing plants across the U.S.
He has extensive experience performing every aspect of a project, from the needs-analysis to software implementation and training. He has particular insight into diagnosing manufacturing workflows to achieve significant process improvement.
Carl processes a complete command of the digital prototyping process and all the technology tools including Finite Eliminate Analysis, CNC, visualization tools, and document management.
Before Carl moved into Professional Services, his roles included sales support where he managed IMAGINiT's team of training consultants throughout the U.S. East coast.

Greg Dohrman
Data Management Practice Lead
Greg has a wealth of knowledge in implementing technology in the manufacturing and construction industries. He specializes in strategy development for the long term, as well as optimizing engineering change processes, implementing 3D modeling technologies, and creating data management policies and procedures.
Greg provides leadership, consulting, project management expertise, implementation and training for the Data Management division at IMAGINiT Technologies. His focus is on data management and product lifecycle management solutions for manufacturing companies.
Over the years, Greg has orchestrated successful data migrations and implemented master data management systems for a variety of large and mid-size companies in the automotive, high-tech, and aerospace industries.
Mark Allen Flayler
Applications Engineer
Mark specializes in manufacturing environments and has implemented Autodesk manufacturing products with several industries including the blow/injection molding, automotive, and custom machinery markets. Autodesk Inventor has been a profound augmentation in his abilities allowing him to bring 3D digital prototyping to the forefront of these industries. Mark is an ATC certified instructor and provides training, support and implementation services.
